File Submission Guidelines

For the fastest, most accurate quotes, follow these rules:

✓ 1:1 scale required. DXF files must be at full drawing size. Our software auto-detects scale but 1:1 ensures accuracy.

✓ Text outlines. Convert all text to curves/outlines before exporting. Our software cannot interpret font files.

✓ Clean vectors only. No stray points, overlapping lines, or closed fills. Keep only the cutting contours.

✓ Specify material & thickness in the notes field if not standard. Include quantity and any special requirements.

✓ 3D parts (STEP/STL): Include a 2D vector (DXF/DWG) if you need specific cutting paths, not just a rendering.
