Two Lasers. Right Tool for the Job.

Primary — Metal Cutting
Fiber Laser — 3kW
Our 3kW fiber laser handles all common metals: mild steel up to ¾", stainless up to ½", aluminum up to ½". Fast, clean cuts with minimal kerf. Edge quality is good enough to use as-is on most projects — no grinding or finishing needed.
Power 3kW
Table Size 4' × 8'
Best For All metals
Tolerance ±0.005"
Kerf Width ~0.012"
Secondary — Non-Metal
CO2 Laser
Our CO2 laser is the right tool for non-metals — acrylic, wood, and plastics. It gives a polished edge on acrylic (no post-processing needed) and can cut wood and board materials cleanly. We use it for signs, displays, and prototypes.
Power CO2
Table Size 24" × 16"
Best For Acrylic, wood, plastics
Tolerance ±0.005"
Edge Quality Polished (acrylic)

How Laser Cutting Works

Send Your File
DXF, STEP, or SVG files are ideal. We also accept PDF drawings, photos, or even a hand-drawn sketch — we'll figure it out. Tell us your material and thickness.
Nest & Cut
We nest your parts optimally on the sheet, set the right laser parameters for your material, and run it. Our software handles most files automatically.
Pick Up
Parts are ready same-day or next-day. Walk in and pick them up — no shipping costs, no delays. We'll deburr and clean up the edges.

What We Need From You

Accepted File Formats

DXF
Industry standard for 2D vector files. Preferred format.
Preferred
STEP / SLDPRP
3D files — we'll extract 2D profiles for cutting.
3D
SVG
Good for CO2 laser cutting of non-metals.
Vector
PDF / Photo
Not ideal, but we can work with drawings or photos. Best for simple shapes.
